That one is e very good discussion between 2 flat earthers and one globe scientific women, please try to stay 50/50 as long you process new information and theories.

Dismissing the topic before thinking it through,

is NOT the scientific methode!

I am now 20 hours into the topic.

20 hours could mean 20 hours of propaganda.

What i try to say, even with clean source facts,

it will take you a little longer to think about

every argument made!

The dunning kruger effect of course also

applies to this topic.

I learned a lot the past weeks,

even as a globe guy you will learn something!

Because only 1 of 1000 people have thought

most of the stuff through.

What I’m thinking is :

Does that really matter ?

Will I live my life differently as a flat/ globe?

And most importantly, I l’m pretty sure even I spend the next 5000 hours exploring this I probably won’t get the certain answer 🤔

When you get deep enough into it, the conclusion you can draw is that there is no good evidence for the earth moving, and there is conflicting information as to the shape. Long distance observations are a direct contradiction for the claimed rate of curvature.

If you get a chance go to the Arctic circle in summer and you will see the sun move around the horizon. This is not possible on a flat earth. It's a pretty cool experience, I did it in St Petersburg a few years ago

in st. petersburg it also works an a flat earth be cause its in the north.

it would be more interesting what happens in the south.

but people are not allowed to pass -60 degree latitude.

so i think this one experiment is possible in both theories

What? I come from the southern hemisphere, I can see the angle of the sun there at that time of year that's in the north, then I travel and see it around the horizon. Draw triangles. It only works if the earth is round.

its funny how i only get propaganda and false arguments of the working flat earth model. so its very hard for me to find a 1 minute video of how it works on a flat earth. there is so much trash outside. its very hard to filter.
