So this is your job?

One of them, I cook part time for a living. Do web development for the rest of it.

The kitchen I work in is technically a small bistro attached to a wine shop, so most of our food is really just wine pairings.

It's actually been kind of nice to work here because in general I know Jack shit about wine, so it's been a nice experience to learn more about the art of pairing wine with food.

Iโ€™m still dumbfounded at the concept of a take-out cheese board. Seems like it would ruin the entire experience. If I ran the shop Iโ€™d have to crack down on such tomfoolery.

Yeah, it's definitely the most annoying thing we do to go. Doesn't help that today is a football day, so we get a lot of to-go orders.

Itโ€™s a very uncultured attempt to act cultured.

Cheese does start with a culture though - Iโ€™ll get my coatโ€ฆ
