Officially I am not in zone 3, but because of our cold winters (last winter we got down to -35.6 F) and really high winds (60+ mph multiple times during winter and we don't know what to do when it goes below 20 mph), so I have to buy zone 3 plants to have them survive multiple years and have them thrive. #Wyoming #coldclimate
