I'm by no means saying that a hard money had the power to make evil into moral good, but that's not what I take the phrase to mean.
I do believe however that Bitcoin is the perfect fulfillment of the saying "Gold is the governor of government". That is what I think it means for Bitcoin to change the likes of blackrock. Fiat gives evil men who control it an unlimited check to commit evil acts but a hard money by its nature limits the amount of evil that can be done. But it certainly can't change the nature of evil men.
It doesn’t change evil, it plugs a vulnerability that evil uses to fund and sustain like 90% of the awful shit it does.
Fiat is an exploit, #Bitcoin is the software update we need to fix it.
