What exactly do you want to know? Arte you talking about all UTXOs on the Bitcoin timechain or about the UTXOs that your Node holds the keys for?
If it's the latter: I would have a look at my UTXOs in Ride the Lightning's "On-Chain" tab...

You can send dust. Just send 0.0000001 on chain to yourself and pay the mining fee. You'll get 1sat on chain
