It is now a must issue state but the crazy amount of unreasonable hoops we have to jump through are absurd and will continue being challenged in courts for years to come. No absolute clarity yet.

I remember going to the police station as a kid with my dad who had a CCW and was required to take all of his handguns in to register. Every year. Fuck NY. I miss the people but not the state.
