I need to find and attempt a gumbo recipe 🤔.

It's not hard, but it does take a while, there are many steps. I don't really have a recipe exactly just techniques

Recipes are just suggestions of how to do things. Why I cook and do not bake, I hate making precise measurements.

Word - baking is too much like science, cooking is art.
