Big improvement from always having it in my hand 24/7.... honestly with how addictive nicotine is, I'm pretty shocked at this level of reduction just in a day....

Tomorrow I'm going cold turkey and not looking back. I felt great today and had loads of energy.

I'll be nicotine free by the 20th for my birthday.
