I've found that it is better to live a life of a sort of active immunity from the bullshit in society you didn't create and cause than to try and fix everything that's broken. You can participate in the solution but never rely on it.

Make your world smaller. The community, tighter. Become a self reliant bubble. If you do well, allow those around you to benefit and you will also benefit from their success.

Not an easy task though

No. Long and difficult but worth it.

Absolutely πŸ‘

Magic words that light my fire.

True. Larger groups/communities/organizations become harder to manage. Balkanization works at any scale. Turning off the news and spending more time outside is generally positive for ones health too. I can see you’re well practiced at that ✨

The outside is much too beautiful to waste. ❀️

Really gotta disconnect the news from your personal world

Not much you can do about people getting blown up in warzones

Not exactly right i think. People will consume news anyway.

So depending on the news they consume, they might give consent to wars and consent is enough to get people blown up in warzones or even elsewhere

I think it's ok to consume news. How a person digests and reacts to the news is probably more important. It becomes a problem when it negatively affects what peace we all have and our behaviours.

Right. There has to be a compass of that kind as you say.
