Fermented foods are really good for gut health... The more you eat the better. We ferment cabbage (saurkraut) and carrots and now the jalapeños. They are crunchy and hot! We put the seeds in them. They have a pickled flavor, just not as vinegar tasting as the pickled stuff you get in the store.
