Grounding isn’t just some hippie barefoot trend—it’s free energy. Every second you’re connected to the earth, negative ions flood your body, reducing inflammation and balancing cortisol. Meanwhile, 93% of people live in rubber-soled purgatory, fully disconnected from nature’s charge. Walk barefoot daily. Touch a tree. Swim in natural water. Sun your taint. You’re not “low energy”—you’re just unplugged from the original power source.

Grounding is great. I love to walk barefoot in the woods. I wonder what benifits we get from the bacterial and fungal exchange. 🤔

I just bought a grounding mat for my bed. This is great for the winter when I don't want to go barefoot. My sleep is better when grounded
