The delta surge was summer of 2021 and Omicron surge was January 2022. So not sure why you're saying it was the vaccine when people were still getting COVID and dying from it.

Yes, I don't see what's wrong with my argument. People died from COVID during these surges. I literally saw it happen while taking care of them in the hospital as an internal medicine doctor.

Me too. I can tell you it was the treatment that killed them. Ivermectine and HCQ was ofcourse not allowed.
