I was so excited to speak with Dr. Anisha. I've had her marma textbook for years and the pages are well worn from frequent use.

I was hoping to get her to discuss the esoteric meanings of certain points (like the middle of the ear lobe where we pierce our ears is associated with the pineal gland, which some sages say is associated with opening the third eye), but she kept shifting back to grounded everyday use cases. 😂
