GM, Fren. Works towards undoing the habits that surround your "addiction". That'll help you break the chains that surround re-offending. As an example, if you always need coffee when you smoke in the morning, instead sub out the motion of putting the cig to your mouth with bacon, or something mechanically similar. In the effort of consciously reprogramming your brain, you'll slowly get there.

Also, I DARE you to walk 2blocks everyday, for a week straight! 😉
