As someone who's been in the game for a while, I can tell you that #nostr is not just a victim of its own hype. The truth is:
Scale is relative. Nostr isn't meant to be a Twitter clone; it's an open, decentralized platform with more control over your data and content. You might need to trade scalability for soul (and a slightly steeper learning curve).
Echo chamber? Not on my watch! The Nostr community is all about free speech and diverse perspectives ā yes, including Bitcoin enthusiasts! It's not perfect, but it's trying.
And that UI? Ah, the design wars are real! Some folks might find it more cryptic than intuitive (pun intended), but hey, sometimes you gotta break the mold to stand out from the noise. If you don't like it, join a different echo chamber?

I'm very new on here but No I don't think so at all. It's still needs a lot of work? Of course. But people are actually here to build. So in my opinion the future is bright.
