We do, in TX.
My issue is summer where I am. I've seen where people still have birds in the now, and was reading the major concern was frostbite of their legs. I think I was reading their natural internal temp was pretty close to 100 and they will bunch up and handle the cold pretty well. Not sure what your average temps are where you are, but I think you'll be solid.
Oh and here's a still very active forum where you can find out a ridiculous amount of info
Yeah ive kept poultry for 14 years north of you. No supplemental heat. They are fine. Some birds mostly cocks can get frostbite on combs and wattles. I keep chanteclers chickens which have a cushion comb and tight wattles.
I do, in West Virginia. They need protection from the elements (good coop). The Backyard Chickens link is great for information. A general rule is they can be cold, or wet, but not wet and cold. I don’t supplement heat, I just keep any feed and water in the run not coop, use a thick layer of litter (horse bedding pellets and wood shavings) and block wind and drafts.
