Doesn’t really seem novel enough to me.
I can't imagine anyone thinking they should be able to control someone else's ability to make & sell anything, much less a belt clip for sandals. IP needs to die. Thankfully #Bitcoin & uncensored communication networks will likely do the job of killing it.
