I say, forget fucking YouTube. Focus on tooling. Nostr is the base protocol. So the question for me is how do we use nostr to deliver video content in a decentralized manner? This reminds me of the early days of podcasting, when bandwidth was at a premium.

Agree, it's not about copying youtube over. Nostr allows for censorship resistant text but other content types need additional tech. Torrent/webtorrent, hyperdrive, etc, using nostr for coordination. Wish I could say IPFS but last I checked it was unusable.
