Just click the add button on top of the set. It adds all of them.
That adds them to the bottom of the emoji selection screen, but you have to manually add them one by one to your emoji quick list on the top of the screen. And you're limited in how many emoji you can add to your quick list. If you add too many, it blocks the bottom emoji I just added making it impossible to select them all.
