I feel like these sales are less and less attractives. Games I track in Chespshark are always same price during sales, some never reach their all time low for years.

Yeah. Sometimes you get one of the newer games cheaper during a random weekend sale than during the major sales. I already bought a bunch of games for the winter during the summer sale and don't see anything I wanted to get. UBI still wants like 50-60€ for their games at 40% off (lol) and - from experience - early access has to be cheap enough to just write it off if the game disappoints or dies.
