Sounds like the bare minimum technically to implement a wiki. 99.999+% of wikis aren't wikipedia alternatives, let alone viable ones. Build "wikipedia for nostr" doesn't strike me as likely to be successful, but go for it, crazy attempts are a way to make progress, at least it can be added to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:HaeB/Timeline_of_distributed_Wikipedia_proposals
