telling people to keep their btc on Coinbase is like telling people to keep their money in the bank so that if anything goes wrong you can't access the money and the government can steal it from you at any time. terrible advice.

you could lose wallet just like a normal wallet.

but it's the banks/exchanges that get hacked.

if you lost your wallet and forgot your seed that's your dumb mistake.

it's still a lot safer to hold cash in your wallet than leaving it to a bank and the same goes for Bitcoin.
