You can then add your own BTCPay PoS app to start receiving Bitcoin payments for your stuff (Ask for help).

ParmaWeb installs Wordpress, MariaDB and configures a database, installs Nginx and configures traffic forwarding, PHP, sets up correct file permissions, configures restart (if reboot), SSL certificates with Certbot commands (for encrypted https traffic), domain name configuration (you still need to buy that, or just use your external IP address with no name), help with port forwarding (port 80/443), +/- Tor server (DarkWeb), and help with backing up your database so you don't lose crucial data.
