It's a cousin of a brioche
500 g wheat flour
50 g Sugar
10 g Salt
10 g dry biological yeast
50 g Butter
250 g Water
Ohhh yet another. If I make my own tortillas sometimes with flour etc already probably could figure it out one day. Using public bookmark kind for this . Cool homemade stuff is good 🤙🔥 also 🌃 gns champ
