Cool! Was also toying with the idea of self-hosting images but I’m not very technical. Say from my Start9 server. But I feel things might rapidly get complicated for my smoothbrain. 😅

I highly recommend at least trying! Not only is all of our code open source on GitHub, you can find very simple image uploader code online. Just be sure you remove your location data from personal images 🗺️ 🤙

I suggest looking at PicSur. It runs in docket very well, strips EXIF data, and is very stable.
