I feel ya.
Lots of things happen that I feel I really can’t be forthcoming about, at least not publicly.
A trusted friend can help. (Although personally I feel apprehensive about talking with friends- I don’t want to make my issues theirs )
Recently I’ve been speaking with a councillor… it’s been surprisingly helpful.
If something that happened really is bothering you, dont overlook it.
Find a way to come to terms with it so you can avoid carrying an unnecessary burden.
The ‘not a therapist’ mode of Grok could be useful in that it’s been trained on an impressive body of literature.
