No, CZ is the same. Broadly speaking, we are still pretty rich western country with some stepbacks. But "If Germany jumps of the bridge, Czechia jumps too." We have such a complex against bigger nations, yet we're quite ahead in interest in modern tech for example.
Lockdowns during covid were borderline hilarious, for a bit you weren't allowed to leave your town without a permit. It all showed our government is absolutely useless band of really uneducated clowns.
Homeschooling or alternative education demands jumping through a ton of hoops just to please the bureau, bureaucracy altogether grew crazy in last years.
Having a company here basically means you're a thief and need to be punished.
It's not bad if you keep in the line, study school, get a job, give birth via section in hospital, send kids to kiga and school and work for those free 5 weeks a year...I'm not good at any of this so far. Any attempt to do anything in the system ended up bad for me, I hated any school I studied, my business faced crushing investigations, we lost a LOT of money on state support due to having babies in Germany where I didn't pay taxes years before..I'm done. I'm so done drowning in bureaucracy and system acquirements.
Fully understand this.
I have the burocracy thing going on as well not even coming to the point starting a business.

I'm about to end parental leave and what do I do now? I'll have to check into unemployment system, but I want to stay with my kids, I'm not seeking standard job. If I check in as an entrepreneur, there's a payment for health/social about 220€/month, I'm no way even earning this in first months or more. So I'll be ofc unemployed, but doing projects until I earn enough to be able to start payments for insurance. I mustn't earn more than is allowed fot unemplyed or I'll get a fine. And if I get busted, there will be huge crushing fine for that.😀 This is just beautiful.
