Sorry to hear that. Personally I stamped all my seed phrases into stainless steel and accidentally threw them away. Eventually someone might find them at the dump and send the utxo’s. I wouldn’t know 🤷♂️
Crazy things happen for sure. I lost mine off the boat in an area popular for diving. Hope someone recovers it but would hate to think they could then send it anywhere without me being able to stop it.

Assuming that you don't have a birthcert then . I'm not caught up on that common law stuff , but I think that the birth cert is essentially some sort of a contract .
It has nothing to do with a contract. The IRS is very easy to get off your back. There are multiple ways to do it. The best is probably suing them in state court as Pro Se arguing the definitions in 26 USC and 26 CFR
