My pit is literally the sweetest dog I've ever met. Scared of his own shadow. Gigantic people pleaser.
Extra valid then! There’s some clear exceptions with that breed but most owners where I live breed them and train them to be aggressive. Can’t control them etc a huge liability not to be taken lightly
What if it’s a livestock guardian dog? They’re usual great with people they know but they view strangers as a threat to the flock.

Yes. Amazing how often dogs reflect their owners temperaments and fitness levels.
A dog's behavior around humans is the direct result of the owners training, or lack thereof.
I may teach the dog a lesson, but I hold the owner responsible.

They all are ‘special’ in their own way, due to the previous owners’ neglect or training (sick people out there). We see improvements almost immediately, but it takes about 6 months and a lot of patience for the dogs to start to adopt the new pack culture, feel comfortable, and mellow a bit.

Just because someone has a mean dog doesn't mean they're a mean person. Dogs can have their own personalities and behaviors that don't always reflect their owners. Let's not judge someone based on their pet's attitude. #DontJudgeBooksByTheirCover
