Very interesting. A couple things to note:

1) Norms around using sick leave, rather than coming in sick may have changed. This would be a good thing.

2) Many government employees get a new type of leave specifically for getting covid shots. I think it's usually about 4 hours per appointment.

3) Don't forget about the "quiet quitting" phenomenon.
