I have started doing my HIIT training barefoot on grass the last few days. There is definitely something to this #barefoot 🦶🏻and #touchgrass 🌱 trend.

I feel high on life after my workout 🏃🏻‍♂️.

Just thought I would share and see if anyone else has any similar experiences.

Yes yes yes. Haven’t done HIIT barefoot (plantar fasciitis makes it hard) but have def been trying to barefoot walk in grass lately. Can’t tell if placebo or not but it’s very good. h/t to nostr:npub1dvufvl73s0xdz8d75dgcyjvl0wrmczczvr0ef88g5x8uehmr4fus0j0pwx for putting me on.

Making that pivot to intentional #barefoot myself. But is can’t call it HIIT —- I go with HIIG —- high intensity interval gardening. It is great. I feel different when I do it. No downsides except for fire ants.
