#75hard day 4

1. 2 45 minute workouts - the first one resulted in a total change of clothing due to learning that my raincoat no longet works. Hope my shoes dry by tomorrow. Dog 1 was excited the whole time. Dog 2 kept looking sullenly at me.

2. Follow a diet - ketovore (happy to learn a strawbery is 1 carb because they are in season.)

3. 1 gallon wata

4. Read 10 pages - need to get on this one today.

5. Take a progress pic

I am surprised that I feel so good so soon. Lots of extra energy. I hope it stands. Weird weird dreams last night.
