Have ability to tag notes.

Create permission circles where I could by default encrypt certain notes (say with tag=x) and/or provide someone with key for decrypting would be sweet.

I'd be happy to donate/crowdfund for somone to implement if the community thought it was feasible and a good idea.

Just not clever enuf to do it myself.
