Yes but we need land to live on, to grow crops on, to raise animals on, to drink water from,etc. Real estate will always be much more valuable since it provides the basic necessities humans need for life, which bitcoin can’t provide.
I look at bitcoin as digital gold “at a minimum”, which in of itself makes its $500k/btc + though.

Bitcoin won't offer shelter, but its purchasing power will. Today, homes are monetized assets, forcing people to buy through debt. Bitcoin addresses this by providing a reliable store of wealth. Investment properties, when priced in Bitcoin, reveal a clearer financial picture; that they are indeed liabilities and not assets.
A primary residence where you or family reside is an important asset, though, and there is where one's time preference comes into play.
