Making time for my kids is so much easier said than done

I’ll be mid-task, in a laptop or phone, and they come asking for attention

In spite of whatever I am working on not being time sensitive, I struggle to tear myself away

They cry

I get angry

Eventually calm down

And realise nothing is more important then them

Must do better
