The only nice thing about a stomach bug is you look pretty ripped after not eating or keeping what you ate for a few days, especially once you can eat and work out again. It's like an involuntary cut.

I put new batteries in the scale this morning. Either the "cut" wasn't that big, or I was carrying a fair few pounds of winter weight.
