the selection is correct, something deleted your list, you need to follow yourself to see your notes
Okay, how do I follow myself?
clicking on your photo should take you to your profile, and clicking follow
I’m using Primal and Damus—can’t seem to find any button to follow myself 🤔
they had problems with follow lists and relay selection,
(basically you can't use them together unless you make a backup first), I don't know much about IOs apps.

I’m able to view my relays under settings; I can delete and add new ones but not sure which one’s I ought to have? My posts and followers list appear to update on all apps perfectly but not my follows
