I accidentally sent a small amount of KYC Bitcoin to my nonKYC cold storage device. Did I just fuck up or can I just send the KYC sats from their UTXO over to my nonKYC wallet later?
Using Sparrow wallet and sent to unique address. I have a cold card dedicated for KYC and another which is supposed to be dedicated for NonKYC.
Is my nonKYC #bitcoin fucked?
Send it back to a different address and then mix back to your Non-KYC wallet. Gonna be expensive, but if that’s what you’re looking for, gonna have to do it. Your non-KYC wallet will not be compromised. Not sure how you screwed that up, but God bless.
Whatever was on that address previously is all that’ll be associated together so if it’s unique then nothing is linked.
Unless you’ve leaked your xpub somewhere where they can then associate all these public addresses together but that’s a different story

if you generated a new bc1 address it wont be a problem to send it back to kyc wallet.. but i think you should not send the whole utxo back; leave a bit that'll cover the tx fees and label the left change to never use it
if you dont use vpn or run a node and electr server through tor + your country has chain analysis.. and you're some kind of whale then you probably fucked bc it's linked to your IP somehow.. especially if you didnt use your own mempool server to look up the tx id after..
