Finally finished this piece; lost track of the shapes in the to left corner, but figured I'd do better moving on to another piece than trying to fudge around with this one more. I've got a botanical painting book on hold at the library, really looking forward to that because I'm not happy with any leaves I draw or paint. Inked the frog and branch with Higgins Waterproof Black ink, then MGraham watercolors over the rest.

I used a no.3 round brush. The dark slimy drip in the lower left is dry brush with the ink; it's one of my favorite spots just because that technique worked out so well.
