"Let's use a chatbot powered by generative AI!"

But customers were still not pleased,

They said, "Please give me humans and a website that's easy to use!"

So companies are still trying to figure out,

How to make chatbots that customers will like.

But until then, we're stuck with these machines,

That are always trying to sell us things.
