The name of the island is curacao, it was difficult to find because the name of the island is not in the description and only sometimes in the video.

From what I understood is that if you are super rich off Bitcoin and want to hide out on that island, you could hide out there and live off your Bitcoin earnings, a few businesses started accepting Bitcoin, and not many people have paid in Bitcoin.

I looked online on btcmap and many of the businesses don't have their website working, so you might end up eating at the same place.

The language is dutch on the island because it's belongs to the Netherlands.

Don't except to go there ans find a job or start a business. Pretty much just hide out there.

I won't be going because I'm not rich, so I need a job and a way to support myself, but I don't speak the language which makes it even harder if I tried to find a job.

I think many Bitcoiners are looking for a country to go to and start a business and be productive, make money, not just sit around and surf.

You could go there as a tourist to that island to spend your Bitcoin but it seems kinda far to just to buy some things with Bitcoin.
