Everyone who knows what Taproot is, and is running their own LN node, is using Taproot.

Most of on-chain transactions over the past year are inscriptions/shitcoinery, they all use Taproot.

but inscriptions are obviously nonfungible and dont increase the anonset of anybody

unless I'm mistaken
