We used social security lists from the early to mid 1900s, our thought process was this is going to be an adult who we want to be successful and people to respect instead of snicker about what his "real name" is behind his back. Unique names were very trendy when jr was cooking, but in our quest for a traditional name his was unique 😂. If he'd been a girl, he was going to be named after my aunt that I'm the spitting image of...genetics do be strong sometimes.
