I grew up eating liver since I was a little kid. My mom made it with eggs like once every 2 weeks. Just don’t eat too much.

Also lamb liver is the best, but more expensive.
Sweet, I’ll have to try out lamb liver some time. Also, with eggs too.
I’m still working on finding my balance on how much I should have in my diet but luckily I’m not worried about overeating liver 😂. I’m warming up to the taste, but I’m happy to take breaks from it.
Yea it’s just that you could get vitamin a toxicity if you eat too much
