I have twin 15 year old boys that are constantly trying to accumulate sats. Do I allow them to get on Nostr? Are they too young?
Is there a relay for kids out there? That would be a good thing to set up

I dunno…that would need to be monitored extremely closely by a team of responsible pleb parents.
Enforcement of kid safe content, and building a reputation of enforcement would be critical. Until such a thing exists its the Wild West and caution should be advised.
