Do you have any carbs before training? Are you doing the honey banana etc thing?

No just meat and salt and I use grass fed creamer with my coffee but it’s a small amount. I do eat four or five slices of sharp cheddar a day, that’s like my desert. Usually after dinner me and the dog have a little cheese party.

I personally think honey and fruit isn’t a good way to go. Insulin spikes and no benefits. Fruit is typically rich in either lectins or oxalates and sometimes both. I’ve seen people who are doing meat and fruit / honey who are still holding fat and bloating and having health issues who stop the fruit and honey and make the transformation to a more lean and resilient version of themselves.

I used to occasionally eat a little fruit as a treat, and still will if it’s around. But that’s rare for me now.

Ok thank you.

Yeah me and fruit is a disaster

Yeah, you simply cannot consume sugars in keto or you'll start putting on weight. Keto depends on maintaining a low insulin level to prevent your body from putting on weight. Eating sugars spikes your insulin, putting your body into fat storage mode. When I did keto before, they only carbs I ate after an initial no-carb period of about a month was broccoli. Because broccoli has a very low glycemic index, as it's mostly fiber, and its carbs are processed very slowly over time, unlike sugar.
