Back in my day, we went to school with a foot of snow on the roads, sliding off the mountain roads into ditches, and then walked a mile and a half home to go sled riding all day.

I don't know how a smartphone would have changed any of this?
We had more time to play and make real friends back then. I don't think teens today live their childhood the way we used to do.
