They don’t wanna build new factories and build shit in the USA when they can import them from factories they built in Mexico until now.

Now, it is cheaper for them to build a new factory in America and higher American workers to avoid the tariff

Maybe, I just can’t see how building a factory to use for a couple of years is cheaper than paying the tariffs.
