Scenario:

- individual US states / Cities/ Counties start putting Bitcoin on their balance sheet

- Fed Govt does not

- Bitcoiners and Bitcoin companies move to those states

- battles ensue: first in legislature, courts, executive branches (orders)

- battle could be contained in the political realm, not physical for “awhile”

- by the time the FED GOVT tries to enforce something the resources and popular inertia is too great and the Civil War is short-lived and one sided
