Having an opinion doesn't make you a bad guy, obviously. Everybody has opinions.

Being somebody who has a platform where millions of people listen to and value your opinion, and sharing an opinion that leads to detrimental ends for those listeners, makes you the bad guy.

If Hitler, Hillary Clinton, and Stalin didn't have a platform/power/influence, their crappy opinions would be inconsequential.
